Seddon's 2017 AGM

Our Annual General Meeting will be held on Monday the 19th June, Seddon Clubrooms @ 7.30 pm.
 As part of the process, a new committee will be formed for season 2017/18.

If you are interested in any of the positions below please send me a nomination of that position you want to nominate for as per the constitution:

Nomination of candidates for election as officers of the Club and for ordinary members of the Committee shall be made in writing signed by two members and endorsed by written consent of the candidate at least seven days before the Annual General Meeting. If insufficient nominations are received to fill all positions the candidates shall be deemed to be elected and further nominations shall be received at the Annual General Meeting. In the event of any of these positions not being filled at the Annual General Meeting or in the event of a casual vacancy occurring, the Committee shall have the power to appoint any other member to fill such vacancy.

Note: As per the constitution, nominations must be in no later than the 12th June, 7.30 pm. In addition, a member is defined as someone who was financial for the 2016/17 season.

• Assistant Secretary
• Treasurer
• VTCA Delegate
• Junior Delegate
• Junior Administrator
• Fundraiser
• Social Secretary
