President's Update - January 2022

Hope you are well. Please see the Club update below.

Senior & junior sides
With the season recommencing on the weekend, it is pleasing to know that all five senior sides are still in with a chance of making finals (or cemented in the four as is the case with the 3rds). 

Not to be outdone, leading into the Christmas break the juniors have the Under 15's in the top four and other sides pushing for a spot in the finals post Christmas.

Social events - remainder of 2022
Due to the current COVID environment, the Club made the decision last week to cancel this year's Multicultural Day event - which was planned for Tuesday 25th January.

We will keep our members updated on upcoming social events, with the next event the Past Players Day on Saturday 19th February.


Subscriptions and match fees
Yearly subscriptions are now overdue! Subscriptions remain at $150 this season. Pay your subs via the website. 

If you owe outstanding match fees, please pay these now via the match fees page on the website. 

Vale - Steve McNamara (VTCA President)
The Club is very sorry to hear of the passing of VTCA President, Steve McNamara, on Saturday just gone. The Club had great respect for Steve and the work he put into running the VTCA over many years. The VTCA Board will be meeting tomorrow evening to discuss matters moving forward. In due course, we will update club members on the VTCA's plans with honoring Steve and the completion of the 2021/22 season.
