The annual Seddon CC Multicultural Day is on Sunday 26 January. As a bonus, the following day is the Australia Day public holiday.
Seddon CC Multicultural Day event is a celebration of the cultural diversity at our club, and within the local community in general, while also celebrating the invaluable contribution of club members of all nationalities and backgrounds. Since we staged the first Multicultural Day event seven years ago the event has grown and become an integral part of our social calendar. We have an action packed day planned including three teams (two sides from outside the club) competing in the T20 cricket competition for the Seddon CC Multicultural Day Cup, BBQ lunch, 'Foods of the World' for dinner, official presentations after T20 cricket tournament and live entertainment finishing off a big day at the club. For the kids (and adults) we have a number of activities planned - including a photo booth and games inside the rooms and a wading pool outside to cool down throughout the day. Note: The Seddon CC side requires players to complete the squad - please let Leigh Davies or Kevin McLean (Captain) know of your availability ASAP.
